So, have you seen the opposite sign sprites theory? I liked it when I first read it, so I planned on reblogging it with some of my own thoughts.
My thoughts are generally analysis of the probability of the theory working, and as I pondered it I realised that much like Tavrisprite is going to be suffering a lot of internal conflict, the other two sets of trollsprites would suffer external conflict.
Having Equius/Sollux paired up against Nepeta/Eridan would be terrible, because Sollux and Eridan would only want to get away from each other while Equius and Nepeta would want to spend as much time together as possible.
So, I then considered putting Nepeta and Equius together, therefore creating the ‘ideal’ troll moiraillegence is suppose to create. That left Eridan and Sollux together who, wow, are basically kismesis.
And so I propose the theory of QUADRANTSPRITES
- Tavrisprite ~ Matespriteship
- Soldensprite ~ Kismesitude
- Equitasprite ~ Moiraillegence
(For the designs I went for the closest troll to the sprite colour as the main trait, and the hair, horns and symbol affected by the secondary troll. The naming convention was minor troll prefix then major troll suffix)
Oh, and the fourth sprite is the proposed Jake/Lil Cal sprite needed to fulfil the Lord English theory. Auspitice wouldn’t work in sprite form regardless, as it’s a three part quadrant.
